Dan practices primarily in the areas of estate planning/probate, transactional law, personal injury, civil litigation and appellate law. Dan enjoys helping clients with various issues they are seeking counsel for and continuing to gain knowledge and experience in all areas to represent his client’s interest. Dan was admitted to practice law before the Minnesota Supreme Court in 2023.

Personal Information

Dan Was born in 1993. He received his J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2022. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Dan grew up in Worthington, Minnesota. He practices with his father Bill, at the same firm. He credits his parents, Bill and Betsy, for helping him prepare for his profession and any successes in life. He appreciates serving the area he grew up in and believes the small communities and people in them help serve him to advocate and help the community. In his free time Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being physically active, and traveling across the country and Europe.
